Your impact at Citymesh
As a Project Manager, you lead the successful delivery of telecom infrastructure and connectivity projects, focusing on Private Mobile Networks, LAN/WLAN solutions, and related applications. You coordinate all project phases from initiation to closing, aligning scope, timing, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations. Working closely with technical experts, clients, and internal teams, you drive structured, efficient, and results-oriented project outcomes.
In this role you focus on:
End-to-end delivery: from scope definition to final execution, you manage client projects within Private Mobile Networks and LAN/WLAN environments.
Connecting the dots: acting as a central coordinator, you bridge the gap between clients, engineering teams, and technical specialists.
Stakeholder management and communication: through clear communication and proactive follow-up, you maintain project momentum and tackle challenges effectively.
Project Management: applying methodologies pragmatically, you balance structure and adaptability within a fast-moving technical setting.
Continuous growth: you contribute directly to refining and improving our project delivery methodologies and processes.
What do you bring to the table
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, ideally within telecommunications or connectivity.
Solid background in Private Mobile Networks or LAN/WLAN setups, along with a good understanding of complex technical client projects.
Practical knowledge of project management frameworks and the ability to apply them in a structured, organized way.
Sound judgment to make balanced decisions in a fast-evolving technical setting.
Clear communication skills with the ability to interact smoothly with clients, team members, and technical experts in English, as well as Dutch or French.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing sight of details.
Experience leading project teams and working alongside technical specialists across multidisciplinary domains.
Willingness to travel approximately 3 to 5 days per month based on project requirements.
