Welcome to Citymesh Connect! A team that focuses on delivering telecom solutions: mobile, internet and telephony in the cloud, to large businesses and enterprises across Flanders and Brussels. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key corporate clients, identifying new opportunities within these accounts, and ensuring flawless follow-up from first contact to signed contract. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving revenue growth, expanding our market share, and achieving ambitious business goals.

Here’s What You’ll Dive Into

  • Corporate Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise-level customers, acting as their primary point of contact for strategic decisions, problem-solving, and contract negotiations.

  • Sales Growth & Closing: Driving the full sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to successfully closing deals — with a proven ability to achieve high closing rates and deliver signed contracts.

  • Account Strategy: Developing tailored strategies for each corporate account to maximise business potential and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Administrative Excellence: Ensuring accurate records, meticulous follow-up, and seamless coordination between internal teams and the client.

  • Market Insight: Staying informed about market trends, competitive developments, and innovations within the telecom and IT industries to identify new corporate opportunities.

Job requirements

These are your Talents:

  • Proven experience in key account management or enterprise sales within the telecom sector or an IT-related industry.

  • Goal-oriented sales mindset with strong persuasive and negotiation skills, a proven track record of meeting ambitious targets, and the ability to build trust and close deals.

  • Solid understanding of telecom and/or IT solutions (e.g., telephony, internet, mobile) and eagerness to further expand your expertise.

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French, combined with a good command of English (our internal working language).

  • Commitment to flawless follow-up and accuracy, with flexibility to travel across Flanders and Brussels for client meetings.
