Your Impact at Citymesh
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will strengthen our support team in Oostkamp within Citymesh's integration division.
You are the primary point of contact for escalated, technically challenging inquiries and incidents regarding our B2B and network integration solutions. You thoroughly analyze incidents, resolve them independently, or collaborate closely with our network engineers to achieve sustainable solutions. With your technical depth and customer-focused approach, you ensure our clients' services run seamlessly.
In practice, you'll:
Second-line support: handle and analyze escalated incidents and service requests with a deep technical focus.
Troubleshooting: efficiently diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex network and integration issues.
Collaboration & escalation: work closely with network engineers and integration specialists when complex challenges require additional expertise.
Documentation: clearly and accurately document solutions, procedures, and troubleshooting steps in our systems.
On-call rotation: participate in a periodic on-call schedule (outside regular office hours and on weekends) to guarantee service continuity, for which appropriate compensation is provided.
What do you bring to the table?
You bring relevant experience in a 2nd line IT or network support role, preferably within a B2B or integrator environment.
With your solid technical foundation in networking, you love diving deep into complex troubleshooting.
You analyze issues sharply and explain technical concepts clearly to both clients and colleagues.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both spoken and written (knowledge of French is a plus).
You are open to participating in a periodic on-call schedule outside regular office hours.
