Your impact at Citymesh
Joining our team as a Presales Expert, you design tailored network solutions that meet specific B2B client requirements.
Working closely with sales, operations, and solutions teams, you bring technical depth to sales processes and ensure our solution proposals are solid from start to finish.
In this role you focus on:
Solution design: preparing detailed technical proposals for 0G to 5G, Voice, and WiFi/LAN setups that form the core of our commercial offers.
Sales collaboration: working closely with sales, operations, and solutions teams to map out customer needs and select the best technical approach.
Technical support: delivering technical presentations and product demos for clients while sharing your domain knowledge with colleagues.
Market monitoring: keeping track of industry developments and sharing practical customer feedback with the product team.
Client advisory: serving as a technical contact for clients and maintaining clear internal records of your presales activities.
What do you bring to the table?
At least 3 years of experience in a presales or engineering role within telecommunications or networking.
Practical knowledge of network technologies like WiFi, LAN, 4G/5G, or Voice, alongside a basic understanding of IT security.
Experience in converting complex technical questions into clear, structured proposals.
Strong communication skills to explain technical choices clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
A methodical working style focused on delivering quality documentation.
An independent, curious mindset with a proactive approach to keeping your technical skills up to date.
