As our Product Marketing Specialist, your primary mission will be to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our new subscription models and value-added services within the Belgian B2B market, with a strong focus on SOHO and SME customers. A key aspect of this role will be to optimize and digitize the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience from initial awareness to becoming a loyal Citymesh customer. Within the team you will be the driving force behind getting our compelling offer known and into the hands of businesses that will benefit most.

Here’s what you’ll dive into:

  • Market Research & Target Audience Analysis
    You analyze the Belgian B2B market, track trends and competitors, and translate the needs of SOHO and SME customers into clear profiles and personas.

  • Value Proposition & Go-to-Market Strategy
    Together with the sales team, you define unique product benefits and implement impactful go-to-market strategies.

  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns
    You are responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing multichannel campaigns to generate leads and attract customers.

  • Customer Journey & Sales Support
    You map out the full customer journey and provide the sales team with the right tools and content.

  • Analysis, Optimization & Budget Management
    You collaborate closely with product development, sales, support, and the marketing team (copywriting, design, SEO/SEA) to ensure everything is well-aligned.

Job requirements

Preferred skills and qualities:

  • Experience in B2B Product Marketing
    You know how to reach SOHO and SME audiences and have successfully launched digital campaigns.

  • Strong in Digital Marketing & Customer Experience
    You are skilled in using various marketing channels and focus on optimizing the customer journey.

  • Technically Digitally Proficient
    You are familiar with marketing tools, automation platforms, and online analytics.

  • Strategic, Communicative & Solution-Oriented
    You think ahead, communicate clearly, and translate digital concepts into understandable messages.

  • Linguistically Skilled & a Team Player
    You work well both independently and in a team. You speak fluent Dutch and/or French; experience in telecom is a strong plus.
