As a Fleet administration support, you will be responsible for the administration of the managing and maintaining our company's fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the procurement and leasing of company vehicles

• Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and registered

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs

• Developing and implementing a preventive maintenance program for the fleet

• Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-saving measures

• Manage the scheduling and allocation of vehicles to employees

• Coordinate with external service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

• Reporting on key fleet performance metrics such as vehicle utilization, costs, ... and presenting these reports to the management team

• Proven experience in fleet management

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair

• Proficient in using fleet management software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and in Dutch and/or French.
