Support Engineer Telecom (NL/Remote)

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who loves putting a smile on customers’ faces? Then join our helpdesk team as a Support Engineer!

In this role, you’ll make sure our Dutch speaking customers in Belgium and the Netherlands get the technical assistance they need. You’ll log incidents and service requests in our support platform and act as the vital link between our network engineers and our customers.

What you bring to the table:

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a support engineer in telecom or IT, with a solid track record in solving technical issues.

• Basic knowledge of modems/routers. Familiar with xDSL, GPON, VoIP, SIP, WAN/LAN, TCP/IP networks, and DNS? That’s definitely a plus.

• You’re comfortable working with CRM systems and collaboration tools, and you document support activities quickly and accurately.

What you’re great at:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken

How you work:

• You’re comfortable working independently, but you’re also a real team player

• You keep pushing to resolve requests and incidents efficiently

• You’re flexible when it comes to working hours. Our support team is available from 8am to 7pm throughout the workweek and on Saturdays. You will need to take 4 or 5 morning/evening shifts each month (depending on the number of working days in a specific month) and one Saturday shift once every 4 or 5 weeks.
