As a Support Engineer Telecom, you’ll be part of our dynamic Connect team. You’ll be the go-to technical contact for customers and partners, troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, guiding installations and ensuring a top-quality customer experience – all while working fully remote.


Here's what you'll dive into:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for our internet, fixed telephony and mobile solutions

  • Troubleshoot complex network issues (modems/routers, WAN/LAN, VoIP, SIP, GPON, TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)

  • Assist customers and partners with installations, configurations and escalations

  • Document solutions and share knowledge with colleagues

  • Take part in an on-call rotation (evenings or Saturdays once every 4–5 weeks)

Job requirements

Must Have Qualities & Talents

  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a support engineer in telecom or IT, with a proven ability to solve complex technical issues and work efficiently with CRM systems and collaboration tools.

  • Solid understanding of modems, routers, and network technologies such as xDSL, GPON, VoIP, SIP, WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, and DNS is a strong asset.

  • Brings strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a structured and accurate approach to documenting support activities.

  • Communicates fluently in both Dutch and English, written and spoken. French is a plus.

  • Flexible in working hours, available for 4 to 5 morning/evening shifts per month and one Saturday shift every 4 to 5 weeks.

  • Fully remote work is required, with a reliable internet connection and occasional visits to our offices in Sint-Niklaas or Oostkamp for onboarding or team events.
