As a Customer Care Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for both residential and business customers. You’ll handle questions, service requests and ensure accurate follow-up with every interaction – all while working fully remotely.
Here’s what you’ll dive into:
Act as the first point of contact for Citymesh Connect customers, handling questions and service requests with professionalism
Ensure accurate follow-up and proper administration in our IT and ERP systems
Collaborate closely with teammates and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
Manage challenging situations with empathy and keep a clear overview under pressure
Job requirements
Must Have Qualities & Talents
Strong interest in internet and mobile communication services, with experience in administration, customer service or commercial support as a plus
Fluent in Dutch, French and English; full bilingualism (NL/FR) is a strong advantage
Skilled with IT systems and business software (ERP knowledge is a bonus) and able to handle multiple tasks accurately and under pressure
Customer-focused, professional in communication, and a true team player who enjoys collaborating
Willing to attend occasional training or meetings and be on-site in Sint-Niklaas one day every two weeks
