Customer Care Officer

The Customer Care department plays a vital support role within our organization. A smooth, customer-focused operation directly contributes to our company’s success. As a Customer Care Officer, you are the first point of contact for Citymesh Connect’s customers — both residential and business. You will answer inquiries, provide assistance with a wide range of service requests, and ensure clear, correct follow-up in every customer interaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• You have a strong interest in internet and mobile communication services and are eager to work for a reliable provider.

• You have relevant experience in administration, customer service, or commercial support roles.

• It is essential that you have a good command of Dutch, French, and English (both spoken and written). Complete bilingualism (NL/FR) is a significant advantage. Your English should be sufficient for internal training, documentation, and correct communication.

• You’re familiar with IT systems and internal business software — ERP experience is a plus.

• You are available to attend occasional training or meetings at our office in Sint-Niklaas. As we value team spirit and good relationships with colleagues, we expect you to be at our Sint-Niklaas office at set times (one day every two weeks).
